No court martial charges preferred. Honorable discharge.

A Marine Corporal was accused of abusive sexual contact in violation of Article 120, UCMJ. After being charged, the Marine retained attorney Tim Bilecki, to represent him throughout the investigation.  The case involved a Marine drinking out in Kailua with a female Marine and then coming back onto base late in the evening and continuing the party back in her barracks room.  The two of them had been flirting all night and it was enviable.

Bilecki negotiated a deal with the government in which the charges would be dropped in exchange for Page 11 for irresponsible drinking.  No charges were preferred, and the Marine was allowed to return home with an honorable discharge.
