My son-in-law was being processed for an Administration Separation with a recommendation for an OTH; no NJP, court martial or even and 6105 all less than two months before his EAS. The admin sep originated from unfounded accusations from two people back in his hometown. My son-in-law and my daughter were being blackmailed and extorted by these two individuals and after almost two years when they didn’t get what they wanted they filed a complaint with the Marine Corps. We always knew we were going to have to address the issue with the civilian courts but had no idea the Marine Corps was about to take action against him. Once he received the Admin Sep notice (the day he returned off baby leave) I immediately went to work on trying to find the best representation I could so we could get the justice he deserved. I contacted a few different lawyers who specialize in military cases but I didn’t feel they would be what we really needed. I knew we had to have justice in the military system if we were going to address the blackmail and extortion in the civilian courts at a later date. Anything other than a “no basis” outcome was not acceptable. After tons of research I found Mr. Bilecki and I knew I had to get his attention and get him on our case. Flat out the best decision I have ever made. Having Mr. Bilecki and his team on your side is like taking a tank to a knife fight. Our day in court and what Mr. Bilecki and his team did for us is nothing less than legendary! (read that again! Legendary!) You will read a lot of other military defense lawyers who claim to level the playing field. Having Mr. Bilecki and his team in your corner changes the whole game entirely! The military legal system is broke! After seeing all the failures in the leadership of my son-in-laws command I have no doubt that a vast majority of our young service-members are being brought up on accusations to cover the leaderships careers. It is my belief that the current mentality in Marine Corps leadership is it’s better to let the military legal system sort it out than taking a risk with doing the right thing. The ends justify the means so to speak. My only wish is that more of our young service-members who find themselves in unjust situations find out about Mr. Bilecki and his team and get the justice they deserve. To Mr. Bilecki and your team; thank you is not enough for all you have done for my son-in-law and his family. I am so very grateful that one day when my grandchild asks about their fathers Marine Corps service, he will be able to say it was an honorable one! By the way, I keep seeing Bilecki hashtags. If you both ever decide to run for office you got my support and I want a bumper sticker!
Thank you for protecting us and protecting the people who serve this great nation. I was suspected, accused and charged of aggravated sexual assault, which is article 120 of the UCMJ. They charged me with aggravated sexual assault even though all I did was had drunken sex, however, in the military when you combine sex and alcohol it's automatically RAPE in their eyes. I was completely devastated when my command actually preferred my charges to article 32 and even more overwhelmed and shattered when I read the potential punishment of this charge to include dishonorable discharge, reduction to E-1, 30+ years in confinement and on top of that sexual offender registry. I felt hopeless helpless and all the doors have closed in my face. I was actually referred to Mr. Bilecki by my detailed military lawyer, he told me to contact Mr. Bilecki if I wanted a seasoned and experienced attorney. As soon as I contacted Mr. Bilecki he took the time to gather all the information necessary and also contacted everybody on my behalf including the prosecutors, which made me feel confident, and I knew that I had a competent lawyer who worked hard to protect me. Mr. Bilecki even scheduled my article 32 hearing and traveled all the way to see me ahead of time to discuss my case and explain everything to me. Mr. Bilecki showed up in the courtroom with unsurpassed confidence and exceptional professionalism. He did all the work and all I had to do is sit next to him and listen. When Mr. Bilecki put the alleged victim on the stand he was not afraid to cross examine her thoroughly and therefore he went after her and was able to question her with confidence and that's when she knew that this man is serious and felt the pressure to tell the truth and that's when he discovered her lies and motive for fabrication. Exactly 3 weeks later the Commanding Officer dismissed all my charges without prejudice based on the article 32-officer report, which recommended all my charges and specification, be dismissed. This was the start of my new life after I thought I had lost everything Mr. Bilecki helped me get my life back on track and move on with my career and if it wasn't for his tireless effort I would have probably been miserable and regretting not hiring an experienced civilian lawyer. Thank you Mr. Bilecki I could never thank you enough and every dollar I paid was well worth it. I recommend Mr. Bilecki and his team to anyone in the military facing serious charges; he is very passionate about his job. Thank you for protecting us and protecting the people who serve this great nation."
