Bilecki Law Group, PLLC operates this website. This notice describes the information used to provide these pages and the ways you can contact the firm here: by telephone, through the consultation form, and through the chat assistant. It does not replace the firm's engagement terms or notices provided through a separate intake service.
Information used to operate the website
Kinsta hosts the website. Hosting systems process technical information such as an internet address, the page requested, the time of the request, browser information and the server's response. Kinsta uses website access information to operate its hosting, monitor performance and identify security problems. Kinsta also uses Cloudflare to protect its hosting infrastructure.
This technical processing is separate from the information you choose to share with the firm about a legal matter.
The consultation form
The consultation form asks for your first and last name, a telephone number, your location, your branch of service, your rank, whether you are a new client, and a short description of your situation. An email address is optional. The form uses a bot-protection service to block automated submissions.
A submission is delivered to the firm's intake mailboxes and preserved in the firm's intake records. A duplicate copy is also stored in the website's own database so that a submission is not lost if delivery fails; the firm deletes that duplicate copy within 90 days after it has verified that the submission is preserved in its intake records. If you provide an email address, the firm may reply to it. If you consent to text messages on the form, the firm may send text messages about your inquiry to the telephone number you provide; you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a message or by calling 813-669-3500.
An inquiry does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send classified information, charge sheets, investigative files, medical records or other sensitive documents through the form. If the firm needs a document, it will provide an appropriate secure method.
The chat assistant
The chat assistant on these pages is provided by Intaker, a service provider that operates the assistant on the firm's behalf. The assistant asks for basic contact details and a short description of your situation and delivers what you type to the firm so that the firm can follow up. Your conversation with the assistant is transmitted to and stored by Intaker under its agreement with the firm; it is not shared with advertising services. Do not send sensitive documents or classified information through the chat assistant.
Online scheduling
After you share the information requested by the chat assistant, Intaker may offer available times for the firm's Military Defense Consultation and allow you to schedule an appointment through Calendly. Scheduling an appointment does not mean that conflicts have been cleared, that the firm has accepted your matter, or that the firm has agreed to represent you. You can also arrange a consultation by calling 813-669-3500 or submitting the consultation form.
Cookies and technical services
Where authorized users sign in, WordPress uses cookies to maintain the signed-in session and support account functions. Browser settings can limit or remove cookies, but doing so may prevent sign-in or other account functions from working.
These pages use Google Analytics 4, a measurement service provided by Google, to count page views and to measure a small number of actions: clicking the telephone number, completing the consultation form, and opening the chat assistant. The firm configures the service so that it does not receive names, email addresses, telephone numbers, descriptions of a legal matter or chat content, and it does not use Google's advertising features, personalization or remarketing. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google processes measurement data under its own terms. You can prevent this measurement with a browser setting or extension that blocks Google Analytics.
These pages do not activate advertising tags, session recording or any other behavioral analytics service. The hosting and security processing described above still applies.
Telephone inquiries and information you provide
The firm uses information provided through an inquiry, whether by telephone, the form or the chat assistant, to receive and route the request, screen the matter and arrange appropriate follow up. Live reception receives and routes calls. Timothy Bilecki or Benjamin Gold handles a substantive attorney consultation.
Incoming calls are recorded, and the firm uses artificial intelligence tools to support its work. Your conversations with us remain private. Call recordings and any related AI records are protected by strict confidentiality and access controls. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers involved in handling your inquiry or matter. We do not publish these records or make them available for public use.
Retention and requests
Different records serve different purposes. Website technical records, an initial inquiry and a retained client file are not one category of information with one retention period. Preservation duties may also require particular records to be kept.
The duplicate copy of a form submission stored in the website's database is deleted within 90 days after the firm has verified that the submission is preserved in its intake records; that deletion does not affect the firm's intake, conflict-check or client records, which are kept under the firm's record policies. BLG retains and securely disposes of client files in compliance with applicable Florida Bar requirements and other legal obligations. BLG does not publish a fixed retention period for client files.
To ask about information relating to you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, call 813-669-3500. The firm will consider the request in light of the information involved and its legal and preservation duties. Do not send additional sensitive documents simply to make the request.
Changes to this notice
If the website adds a scheduling tool or another service that changes the information it handles, this notice will be updated to describe that function before it is enabled. This notice was last updated on the date shown at the end of the page.
