Defending Soldiers' Rights

Barksdale AFB Holds The Power To Destroy The World And Your Career Through UCMJ Abuse

At Barksdale AFB, home to pivotal nuclear capabilities and the Air Force Global Strike Command, the real battle for many is not in the skies but against the potential misuse of the UCMJ by command structures. These internal battles can threaten careers and freedoms as much as any external enemy. Inspired by Major Charles Loring’s ultimate sacrifice in Korea—choosing to dive his damaged F-80 into enemy artillery rather than retreat—we advocate for a different kind of courage: fighting back against unjust military justice system accusations. The system may seem rigged, with a high conviction rate and an expectation for compliance, but history shows that fighting back is not only possible but necessary. Pulling up and engaging in this fight can preserve not just your career and retirement, but your very freedom.

Combatting UCMJ Misuse

What UCMJ Charges Am I Allowed To Fight?

The military justice system might not tell you, but if you’re charged, you can and should fight it. Every case is defensible, and fighting can reduce the severity of the outcome. With a 90% conviction rate, the system often seeks to make examples out of individuals, aiming for easy targets. Don’t be one. We defend a range of charges, demonstrating our readiness to take on even the toughest cases without hesitation.

  1. UCMJ Article 120 or Article 134 (Sex offenses): Handling serious accusations from rape to indecent exposure, we defend those unjustly accused. Recognizing the military’s effort against sexual assault, we believe justice is not served by prosecuting innocent individuals. Fighting these charges is crucial, as a wrongful conviction impacts your life permanently.
  2. UCMJ Article 121 (Fraud and Larceny): From BAH fraud to wrongful appropriation, we explore the full context behind the charges. Misunderstandings or attempts to provide for a family don’t warrant ruining a career. We encourage service members not to let their efforts to support their families be unfairly punished.
  3. UCMJ Article 128 (Assault and Violent Crime): Representing cases from murder to self-defense, we understand many incidents stem from defending others. Charges can escalate when objects are involved, turning a noble act into a career-ending accusation. We believe in fighting back to ensure the entire story is heard.
  4. UCMJ Article 112a (Drug Crimes): Defending against all drug-related charges, we question the military’s rigid stance against substances legal in many states. A positive drug test should not negate a service member’s valor and sacrifices. Fighting these charges offers a chance to contest unfair conclusions.
  5. Punitive Articles of the UCMJ 77-134 (Military Specific Offenses): Addressing charges from AWOL to conduct unbecoming, we challenge the inconsistent application of military discipline. What’s acceptable at one base could lead to punishment at another, highlighting the importance of challenging unjust charges based on principle.
