Bilecki & Tipon LLLC was retained after a Coast Guard E-6 was accused of wrongful use of a controlled substance. Mr. Bilecki ensured that the service member did not provide any incriminating statements to law enforcement or the chain and was able to assist the client on getting out of the military without being charged. Client received an Honorable Discharge.
