An Army Major was accused of abusive sexual contact in violation of Article 120, UCMJ. This occurred after a DoD civilian he worked with accused him of touching her butt and lower back inappropriately. A criminal investigation ensued and attorney Tim Bilecki was retained. The matter was ultimately resolved via a General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand and no court martial charges were preferred.
