A Marine accused of abusive sexual contact in violation of Article 120, UCMJ. He wisely retained attorney Tim Bilecki’s law firm to represent him throughout the investigation. We negotiated a deal with the government in which the charges would be dropped in exchange for a Page 11 for irresponsible drinking. No charges were preferred and the Marine was allowed to return home with an Honorable Discharge.
