After spending the night at a classmate’s residence after a social gathering because he was too intoxicated to drive home, an Army Lieutenant was accused of sexual assault and making unwanted advances toward his classmate. Court martial lawyer Tim Bilecki was retained almost immediately after the allegation was made. We quickly interviewed the other Army officer and partygoers, nearly all of which provided an alibi for our client. This evidence was brought forward to the prosecution team and no sexual assault charges were preferred against our client. A GOMOR was later issued for matter unrelated to the sexual assault.
