SEXUAL ASSAULT ALLEGATIONS DROPPED, DV MATTER DISPOSED OF AT NJP

May 2018 Schofield Barracks, Hawaii

Army E-4

Charges: Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence

Result: Sexual Assault Allegations Dropped, DV Matter disposed of at NJP

An Army E-4 was accused of sexual assault and domestic violence by his wife while the two were going through a contentious divorce. The Soldier retained Bilecki & Tipon LLLC after multiple false allegations had damaged his reputation. Mr. Bilecki looked into the allegations and learned that Army CID was actively investigating our client’s wife for continually making false allegations of sexual assault and domestic violence. It became apparent immediately that she was utilizing these allegations to obtain leverage against her husband in the family court proceedings.

Mr. Bilecki worked with the prosecution and no sexual assault charges were ever preferred against our client. The command disposed of one of the domestic violence incidents at Article 15.
