An Air Force Major was criminally investigated for sexual abuse of a child.  He quickly retained civilian defense counsel Tim Bilecki.  After investigating the case, it was apparent that OSI had overblown the allegations.  What actually occurred was our client was found lying shirtless next to a minor in a locked bedroom, but nothing sexual took place.  No criminal charges were preferred but rather the matter was resolved via a Letter of Reprimand.
