Domestic Violence
Camp Humphreys, Korea
Army , E-4
No Criminal Charges Preferred

An Army Soldier stationed in Korea was investigated by his command for domestic violence after his spouse reported the abuse to his command.  Military lawyer Tim Bilecki was quickly retained to guide our client through the investigation.  Our office investigated the matter and quickly learned that our client’s spouse was upset because she believed her husband was cheating on her.  With this motive to fabricate, and without any physical evidence to substantiate the allegations, we brought this information to the command and prosecutors.  After receiving this information, the command lifted the FLAG and no charges were preferred against our client.
