An Army Specialist stationed at Schofield Barracks was charged at a court martial with multiple specifications of a controlled substance under Article 112a, UCMJ.  He was also charged with multiple violations of failing to obey a general order in violation of Article 92, UCMJ.  After Tim Bilecki’s law firm was retained, we were able to negotiate with the prosecution and get a Chapter 10 approved.
