An Army Sergeant First Class was accused of sexual assault in violation of Article 120, UCMJ, as well as fraternization and unlawful entry in the alleged victim’s room. Court martial lawyer Tim Bilecki was retained to represent and guide the Soldier through the investigation. After investigating the case, Mr. Bilecki held lengthy negotiations with the prosecution team resulting in no court martial charges being preferred. The matter was resolved with a General Memorandum of Reprimand (GOMOR) for fraternization.
