An Army Lieutenant was investigated for allegedly fraternizing and engaging in a romantic relationship with an enlisted Soldier in his unit. Military defense attorney Tim Bilecki was retained to represent his interests throughout the investigation. The matter was adjudicated via a General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand (GOMOR). Bilecki drafted rebuttal matters and submitted those to the Commanding General, who ultimately locally filed the GOMOR.
