Findings of No Misconduct ,No Adverse Action Taken.

An Army neurosurgeon became the subject of an EO investigation after a fellow surgeon made false allegations against him.  Defense attorney Tim Bilecki was retained and cooperated with the Investigating Officer throughout the entirety of the investigation.  Both the Investigating Officer and EO found that no misconduct occurred.  The FLAG was lifted and our officer client returned to his duties as a surgeon.
