Retention at BOI.

An Army Aviator was given a General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand (GOMOR) for alleged drunk and disorderly conduct while on TDY OCONUS.  After the GOMOR was permanently filed, he was ordered to show cause for retention at a Board of Inquiry.  Attorney Tim Bilecki was retained to represent him at the BOI.  Both Bilecki and defense investigator, Bilecki Law Group, flew to Korea to represent the Captain at the BOI.  After a one day hearing, the board members unanimously voted to retain our client.
