A Navy Chief Petty Officer hosted a dinner at his home, inviting over a co-worker and her boyfriend. The female co-worker accused the Chief of slapping her on the butt while cleaning up after dinner. After being investigated by NCIS for abusive sexual contact, court martial lawyer Tim Bilecki was retained and began working on the case. The case was ultimately referred to a Board of Inquiry instead of a court martial.
