An Army CW04 helicopter pilot had been falsely accused of sexual assault while serving in Fort Polk, Louisiana. Mr. Bilecki was retained early on in the process and flew to Fort Polk to try the case. After a weeklong jury trial, our client was found Not Guilty of all charges and specifications.
