A Navy Petty Officer Second Class came up positive on a command urinalysis for marijuana. He was taken to Captain’s Mast and retained Tim Bilecki to represent him.
Tim investigated the positive test and presented the Commanding Officer with written matters and supporting evidence for innocent ingestion. After reviewing the written matters provided by Mr. Bilecki as well as the accompanying evidence, our client was found Not Guilty at Captain’s Mast.
