A Navy Petty Officer Second Class came up positive on a command urinalysis for marijuana. He was taken to Captain’s Mast and retained Tim Bilecki, a recognized Article 112a UCMJ military drug defense lawyer, to represent him.
The case was investigated, and written legal matters regarding innocent ingestion were presented to the Commanding Officer. After reviewing the written matters provided by Mr. Bilecki as well as the accompanying evidence, our client was found Not Guilty at Captain’s Mast.
