An Army First Lieutenant at Schofield Barracks was reprimanded following an Army 15-6 investigation. The investigation found that he engaged in fraternization and a romantic relationship with an enlisted Soldier. Facing the repercussions of this finding, the First Lieutenant retained court martial attorney Tim Bilecki for defense.
Bilecki’s team crafted and submitted a rebuttal to the General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand (GOMOR). Their efforts led to the GOMOR being filed locally.
