An Army First Lieutenant at Schofield Barracks was reprimanded following an Army 15-6 investigation. The investigation found that he engaged in fraternization and a romantic relationship with an enlisted Soldier. Facing the repercussions of this finding, the First Lieutenant retained court martial attorney Tim Bilecki for defense.
Bilecki’s team crafted and submitted a rebuttal to the General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand (GOMOR). Their efforts led to the GOMOR being filed locally. After this, the Lieutenant encountered another challenge as his promotion was referred to a Promotion Review Board (PRB) due to the flag and GOMOR on his record.
Bilecki’s team responded by submitting a memorandum advocating for the Lieutenant’s retention on the Captain Promotion List.
