The Army charged the Client with sexually assaulting three different female Soldiers on three separate occasions as well as with making a false official statement.
Mr. Bilecki took the case to trial and notwithstanding a mountain of government evidence – DNA, video surveillance footage and a false exculpatory statement – the jury found the Warrant Officer Not Guilty of all sexual assault-related charges.
