Weeks before his ETS date, an Army Staff Sergeant stationed at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii was charged with rape, aggravated sexual assault, and assault of multiple victims at a general court martial. Hawaii court martial lawyer Tim Bilecki was retained to defend the case.

Our client’s main goal was to avoid a conviction at all costs and, if possible, to preserve his Post-9/11 GI Bill. After the Chapter 10 was approved, all charges were dismissed.
