An Airman stationed in Guam was implicated in a criminal case involving another Airman accused of sexually assaulting a minor at a party. Bilecki Law Group was retained, and we conducted an independent investigation into the case and determined that while our client was at the house when the minor was assaulted, he was in no way involved in the assault.
We worked with the prosecution team, and our client was ultimately not criminally charged in this case. The allegations were then adjudicated at the Article 15, where he was found not guilty.
