A Navy Chief was arrested by the Japanese Police for allegedly assaulting a Japanese national in Okinawa, Japan while TAD. The Japanese Police investigated the case in conjunction with NCIS. Civilian defense counsel Tim Bilecki was retained. Along with defense investigator team of Bilecki Law Group, they meticulously built a timeline of our client’s whereabouts using digital forensics. This was later used as an alibi, and neither the Japanese Police or NCIS brought criminal charges against our client.
