An Army Soldier was under investigation for Sexual Assault in violation of Article 120, UCMJ after a false accusation was made by a fellow service member. Military sexual assault defense lawyer Tim Bilecki was retained and conducted an independent investigation of the case. This exposed significant motives for the alleged victim to fabricate their story. After lengthy negotiations with the staff judge advocate’s office, no court martial charges were preferred. Additionally, our client was no longer on legal hold and was able to PCS to his next duty station to continue his career without incident.
