Military sex assault defense attorney Tim Bilecki was retained after a Marine Sergeant was accused of sexual assault one week prior to the EAS date. Our office guided him through the investigation and interviewed witnesses. We obtained an affidavit from the alleged victim stating that the incident was a joke and that she was not harmed in any way. Instead of a court martial for sexual assault, the command gave the Marine NJP for drunk and disorderly conduct and then separated him with an Honorable Discharge.
