An Army Staff Sergeant stationed at Schofield Barracks retained civilian defense counsel Tim Bilecki to represent him during a sexual assault investigation. Our office conducted an independent investigation, ensured that our client did not make any statements to law enforcement and prevented CID from using tactics such as a pretext phone call. Ultimately, this proved effective as the Soldier did not have any charges preferred against him.
