An Army Specialist threw a surprise party for his wife. At the party, other Soldiers of various ranks arrived, the party grew substantially in size and most of the attendants became intoxicated. The following day, after several Soldiers did not make it to duty on time, an AR 15-6 investigation was initiated and allegations against the Soldier for fraternization were substantiated. Attorney Tim Bilecki was retained after the Soldier was issued a Letter of Reprimand. Rebuttal matters were submitted, and the reprimand was locally filed.
