An Air Force Senior Enlisted member was under investigation for over $250,000 of BAH fraud. Mr. Bilecki was retained to guide the client through the fraud investigation. As part of that process, our office formally appealed the validity of debt to DFAS. This appeal was granted in part, which resulted in the remission of over $187,000 of debt.
