A Marine Gunnery Sergeant fell under investigation after his Japanese girlfriend accused him of assault and breaking her iPhone. Civilian defense counsel Tim Bilecki‘s law firm was retained after the investigation began. Mr. Bilecki‘s team interviewed the relevant witnesses and worked with the Marine’s command. Ultimately no court-martial charges were preferred against our client, and the matter was resolved with a 6105.
