An Army Sergeant First Class was caught by his wife having sex with a Second Lieutenant in his chain of command. His wife recorded the situation and turned it into his command. Military attorney Tim Bilecki was retained to protect his rights and advise him throughout the investigation. Ultimately, no court martial charges were preferred and the matter was adjudicated with a General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand (GOMOR).
