Recommended Separation with General Discharge

A Navy Petty Officer came up positive for cocaine after a command urinalysis.  He was taken to an administrative separation board with a recommendation for an Other Than Honorable Discharge.  Attorney Tim Bilecki’s law firm was retained and represented the Sailor at the Administrative Separation Board.  The Board recommended separation with a General, Under Honorable Conditions Discharge.
