A Navy Petty Officer Second Class tested positive for marijuana on a command urinalysis sweep. He was taken to Captain’s Mast and retained Tim Bilecki to represent him. The case was investigated and written legal matters regarding innocent ingestion was presented to the Commanding Officer. After reviewing the written matters provided by Mr. Bilecki, as well as the accompanying evidence, our client was found Not Guilty at Captain’s Mast.
