Our client was falsely accused of wrongful sexual contact by another male Marine in a barracks room incident. After being charged with wrongful sexual contact at a court-martial, Timothy Bilecki was retained and began defending the case.
We learned that the accuser’s story was contradicted by other witnesses who were present, and the accuser used his complaint in order to obtain a more favorable duty assignment. This information was brought to the attention of the prosecutors and, once verified, the charges were withdrawn and dismissed.
