In March 2019, an Army Specialist stationed at Yongsan, Korea, found himself under investigation for domestic violence. To address these allegations, the Specialist retained a Korea military defense attorney, Tim Bilecki.
Tim’s team investigated the allegations and presented its findings in negotiations over how the command would handle the case. He secured a nonjudicial resolution, keeping the Specialist out of a court-martial.
