An Army Sergeant First Class was accused of sexual assault by a long-time girlfriend. Following the accusation, court martial attorney Tim Bilecki was retained to advise the Soldier and represent him throughout the investigation. After nearly a year-long investigation by the Criminal Investigation Command (CID), the case was closed due to a lack of probable cause. Ultimately, Mr. Bilecki ensured that no court-martial charges or adverse administrative actions were taken against our client.
