Our firm was retained to defend a Marine Sergeant who was charged with Article 111 (drunken operation of a vehicle), Article 128 (assault with a deadly weapon), Article 128 (means likely to cause death or serious bodily injury), Article 134 (fleeing the scene of an accident), and Article 134 (reckless endangerment), UCMJ. The case went to a fully contested members trial and our client was Acquitted on all charges except reckless endangerment.
