Marine E-5 – Fraternization, Drinking on Duty and More | Case Result

False Official Statement , Fraternization , Drinking on Duty , Unauthorized Absence
Camp Hansen, Okinawa
Marine E-5
Matter disposed of at NJP

A female Marine was charged at a Special Court-Martial after allegedly drinking with a Marine E-8 while in uniform during duty hours at that Terra Restaurant on Camp Foster, Okinawa. An investigation started after the Marine E-8 walked out on both the tab and the Master Sergeant. Our client was implicated during the investigation and charges were later preferred against her. Mr. Bilecki worked with Marine Defense Counsel and the matter was quickly resolved through non-judicial punishment as opposed to a court-martial.
