When Bilecki, a military defense lawyer for murder and assault in Hawaii, was retained, before charges were preferred, this case was set to be charged as an attempted murder. By working with the prosecutors, we averted the attempted murder charges, and only charges of aggravated assault with intent to commit grievous bodily injury (among others) were preferred.
