A Sailor stationed in Guam learned he was under investigation for the use and possession of Spice. Upon knowing this, the Sailor immediately retained the services of an Article 112a UCMJ military drug lawyer, Tim Bilecki, to intervene with the goal of keeping the government from preferring charges against him.
Mr. Bilecki worked the case, and after several months of investigation by both the government and the defense, the government elected not to bring charges.
