This policy explains cookies and similar browser storage used on these Bilecki Law Group pages. Read it together with the Privacy Policy.
What Cookies Do
A cookie is a small piece of information a website asks your browser to store. A browser may send it back on later requests so that a website can recognize a session or remember a setting. Other browser storage can serve similar purposes. Cookies do not all perform the same function.
Access, Security, and Administration
Access and security services may use cookies to recognize an authorized session, distinguish automated traffic, or protect the website. WordPress also uses cookies for people who sign in to administer the site. An administrator's sign-in cookie is different from a marketing cookie placed on a visitor's browser.
Analytics, Advertising, and Embedded Services
These pages use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and measure selected website actions. The firm configures this measurement so that it does not receive names, email addresses, telephone numbers, descriptions of a legal matter or chat content, and it does not use Google's advertising features, personalization or remarketing. You can prevent this measurement with a browser setting or extension that blocks Google Analytics.
The website also offers the Intaker chat assistant. The Intaker service loads when you choose Open Chat. After you provide the information requested by the assistant, it may offer consultation scheduling through Calendly. The Privacy Policy describes the information handled through these services and the consultation form.
These pages do not activate advertising tags or session recording. Hosting and security services still process the technical information described in the Privacy Policy. A link to an outside website is different from an embedded service that loads while you remain on this site. Opening an outside link takes you to a service governed by its own policies.
If an optional service is added, its storage and data practices will be described before it is enabled. A cookie choice does not create an attorney-client relationship or authorize disclosure of legal records.
Your Browser Controls
Your browser can usually show stored cookies and let you delete or block them. Its help or privacy settings explain the available controls. Blocking cookies may prevent a sign-in or another feature from working. Deleting a cookie does not necessarily delete information previously received by a website or an outside service.
Sensitive Information
Do not place allegation details, medical information, evidence, or other sensitive records into a browser field merely because a website uses security cookies. Call the firm before transmitting documents so it can identify an appropriate secure channel.
