An Army Private stationed at Camp Casey, Korea was charged with making, possessing and distributing child pornography and other obscene materials.
Tim Bilecki took the case and challenged CID’s investigation and handling of the digital evidence. The defense pursued those issues rather than accept an early plea agreement. We fought the case at the Article 32 hearing and the charges were subsequently dismissed with approval of a Chapter 10 discharge in lieu of trial by court-martial.
Result: Chapter 10 discharge in lieu of trial approved after the Article 32 hearing; charges dismissed.
