An Army Private stationed at Camp Case, Korea client was charged with making, possessing and distributing child pornography and other obscene materials.
Mr. Bilecki, a military defense attorney for child pornography in Korea, immediately took the case, refusing to enter any plea agreements. Mr. Bilecki proceeded to dissect CID’s sloppy investigative and digital forensic evidence procedures utilized. We fought the case at the Article 32 hearing and he charges were subsequently dismissed after the Article 32 hearing with the approval of a Chapter 10.
