In November 2019, an Army Private stationed at Ft. Sill found himself embroiled in a legal matter concerning LSD. He was under investigation for his alleged involvement in activities related to LSD, including accusations of providing a false official statement and destroying evidence.
Faced with these serious charges, the Private sought the representation of Tim Bilecki. Tim negotiated with the military prosecution to keep the LSD, false-statement and evidence-destruction allegations out of a court-martial.
The government agreed to resolve the allegations at Article 15. The Private faced nonjudicial punishment instead of a criminal trial.
