A Navy Sailor was wrongfully accused of sexual assault and rape by force in violation of Article 120, UCMJ. After attorney Tim Bilecki’s firm was retained, we flew to Japan and tried the case in front of an enlisted panel. After a week-long trial, the jury found our client NOT GUILTY of all charges and specifications.
