I am a Chief Warrant Officer in the Marine Corps and stationed on Okinawa. The path I took to Bilecki and Tipon was shattering and terrifying. I was charged with article 80 (Attempts) including four specifications of Art 120 (Sexual Assault) including children, one article 133 (Conduct Unbecoming an Officer). I cannot describe the feelings I had when I realized there were over 100 cases very similar to mine that had been adjudicated as guilty by plea. I felt hopeless, completely lost and without allies to help me through the process. I was part of the Okinawa NCIS “To Catch a Predator” sting operation. NCIS enticed me to meet a woman after extensive online chats and posts. When I arrived at her residence she told me she was under the age of consent. The system of military justice created a culture causing these cases to be concrete, locks for the prosecution. My first meeting with Mr. Bilecki was exactly what I had hoped for. He was exceptionally well versed in the legal process, dynamic in his approaches and thorough in his preparation. I can shower praise on every aspect of his handling of my case but the biggest thing for me is that he is a BULLDOG; relentless. Tim’s courtroom dominance was astounding. He controlled the jury panel’s emotions and turned them from hating me to hating NCIS. He had a minute by minute strategy with every word deliberately placed for maximum effect. If you are in a situation where you feel hopeless, everyone is telling you to fold and you can’t see a way out; look to Tim Bilecki. Although my heavens were falling B&T was able to find the right angles to ensure justice was served. Thank you Tim for giving me my life back. **Quote of the trial “Special agent, have you ever heard the expression: integrity is either a character trait or a character flaw? Which one is if for you, Special Agent?” Tim Bilecki during cross examination.

I am a Specialist in the US Army. I was wrongfully accused of a sexual assault and several other charges were included, all false. After the initial investigation I attempted to help CID, thinking that they were there to simply get the truth. Unfortunately they had a different agenda and, after several hours of interrogation, they got two false confessions out of me. Unknowing the process I had no representation until after being read my charges and did not retain Tim until after the Article 32. I spoke with several law firms and lawyers beforehand, all telling me it was basically an unwinnable case. Tim and one other said it was winnable, but would be very difficult. I chose Tim not based on his reviews, but his personality and eagerness to take my case. He was honest through the whole process and explained everything he was doing. He also worked with me on payment and was understanding of my financial situation. He worked tirelessly and well into the night on many occasions. When trial came he showed his skill and abilities, which far exceeded my expectations. In the end I was acquitted of all charges and specifications, despite Tim’s small window to prepare. No other lawyer could have done what he did.

I was a SGT stationed at Camp Humphreys, Korea and I was Falsely Accused of Sexual Assault/Rape in March 2013. I don’t really know how to explain how I was feeling. I was in disbelief. I told myself from the time I got notified by CID that just tell the truth and let God take care of the rest. I figured that it would be so obvious that the “Victim” was using “RAPE” as a way to get sent back to the states from Korea, this is very common. But as the months went by I did some research and found Mr. Bilecki’s videos. As I was going through Mr. Bilecki’s videos I began to think about retaining a lawyer and who I would chose if I had to do so. 6 months had gone by with no answers besides “No you can’t PCS” and “Stay in your room”, “Don’t go anywhere without an escort anything to treat you like you’re the biggest dirt bag on the face of the earth. Except when they needed something to be done or fixed in my situation. So to get some answers and hopefully end the BS that was going on I retained Mr. Bilecki. Mr. Bilecki took the case on and started getting information and answers right away. It was about two weeks after I retained Mr. Bilecki that the Government charged me. Meeting with Mr. Bilecki face to face for the first time I knew I had made the correct decision. The confidence and support he provided was extremely helpful for everything I was going through. I know what it is like and I know how hard it is to talk to people and still have a positive attitude about life when you have been falsely accused of a crime. Mr. Bilecki made me feel more confident about myself. We went to the Article 32 and Mr. Bilecki showed the Investigating Officer what kind of BS case this was. After the 32 the General dismissed all the 120 charges. Then I received a Field grade Article 15 for Breaking a barracks policy, alcohol to a minor and Fraternization. I thought it was all done they maxed me out and I did my Extra Duty. The Government then came to me and told me they are initiating a chapter. I retained Mr. Bilecki for the separation board where he again, showed the board that there was no reason to be doing this. The Government “STAR” Witnesses to kick me out, my company commander and 1SG supported me staying in the Army until my ETS which was in 4 months. When the board made their decisions/recommendation they said I would stay in the Army under Probation and if I got in any trouble at all I would be discharged with a General (Under Honorable Conditions). About a month went by and I was told by my commander that I am being discharge General (Under Honorable Conditions) she was so sorry. The General, who sits in a pretty little office on their big chair holding a shiny pen, knows nothing about me or my case really decided that I did not need to stay in the Army and denied the boards probation recommendation. I was discharged September 6th 2014 with a General (Under Honorable Conditions) Discharge. The reason I say all this stuff above is because without a great Lawyer who believed in me, took my case seriously and was knowledgeable about the Military UCMJ and the shady and wrong things they do to innocent soldiers that can’t afford one. Did it take a lot of money to have Mr. Bilecki represent me? Yes! But that’s the best money I have ever spent. I can’t even begin to thank Mr. Bilecki and his staff for the support and confidence they provided during the whole process. My only recommendation and something I would do different is…Retain Mr. Bilecki as soon as you are accused of a serious crime. You need the Hardest hitting Lawyer you can get. Because as you can see from above they don’t stop coming at you and had I not had Mr. Bilecki on my side I would be screwed because most Trial Defense Lawyers they appoint you do absolutely nothing. DO NOT WAIT! HIRE MR. BILECKI NOW! Thanks for all you do Mr. Bilecki saving soldiers life’s and careers!

I was suspected, accused and charged of aggravated sexual assault, which is article 120 of the UCMJ. They charged me with aggravated sexual assault even though all I did was had drunken sex, however, in the military when you combine sex and alcohol it's automatically RAPE in their eyes. I was completely devastated when my command actually preferred my charges to article 32 and even more overwhelmed and shattered when I read the potential punishment of this charge to include dishonorable discharge, reduction to E-1, 30+ years in confinement and on top of that sexual offender registry. I felt hopeless helpless and all the doors have closed in my face. As soon as I contacted Mr. Bilecki he took the time to gather all the information necessary and also contacted everybody on my behalf including the prosecutors, which made me feel confident, and I knew that I had a competent lawyer who worked hard to protect me. Mr. Bilecki even scheduled my article 32 hearing and traveled all the way to see me ahead of time to discuss my case and explain everything to me. Mr. Bilecki showed up in the courtroom with unsurpassed confidence and exceptional professionalism. He did all the work and all I had to do is sit next to him and listen. When Mr. Bilecki put the alleged victim on the stand he was not afraid to cross examine her thoroughly and therefore he went after her and was able to question her with confidence and that's when she knew that this man is serious and felt the pressure to tell the truth and that's when he discovered her lies and motive for fabrication. Exactly 3 weeks later the Commanding Officer dismissed all my charges without prejudice based on the article 32-officer report, which recommended all my charges and specification, be dismissed. This was the start of my new life after I thought I had lost everything Mr. Bilecki helped me get my life back on track and move on with my career and if it wasn't for his tireless effort I would have probably been miserable and regretting not hiring an experienced civilian lawyer. Thank you Mr. Bilecki I could never thank you enough and every dollar I paid was well worth it. I recommend Mr. Bilecki and his team to anyone in the military facing serious charges; he is very passionate about his job. Thank you for protecting us and protecting the people who serve this great nation.

Mr. Bilecki and his associates know UCMJ defense extremely well, and that's all they do. Mr. Bilecki and his associates are amazingly qualified and skilled in handling UCMJ cases. His associates include an excellent of counsel attorney, Mrs. Kiley Hyatt, Darron Ridder, a paralegal with 20 years of military experience, and a very pleasant and efficient secretary, Julia Takashita. Initially, my legal situation seemed daunting. The defense that was orchestrated for me was nothing short of genius. Bottom line up front - I went from nearly certainly getting a General Officer Article 15 (or worse) to getting a locally filed letter of reprimand (which will be shredded and forgotten when I PCS shortly). So essentially I wound up with no punishment besides a good scolding. Although I did commit some degree of misconduct, this was a sincere case where I was being made into a "fall guy" for several others who had been involved in similar misconduct. The beauty here is that the defense strategy appropriately redirected the command's focus off of me and onto an individual who had done far more heinous things than I had. So if you're under the impression that defense attorneys only get bad guys off the hook, think again. I truly feel a sense of justice from my outcome. Regardless of what you have done, having a knowledgable and aggressive advocate like Mr. Bilecki is imperative if you do not want to be trampled on by a toxic leader whose goal is to bring you down. When an over-zealous commander thinks you are guilty (even if you are not, or not as guilty as they think) they will stop at nothing to destroy you, regardless of the evidence for or circumstances under which you got in trouble. Expect any constitutional rights to be trampled all over, as well. This is particularly true if they are attempting to suppress information and save face at your expense. I was consistently intimidated, bullied and harassed by my commander. I specifically recall one day where I called Mr. Bilecki in a pinch when my commander was trying to pin me down with an answer to an arguably illegal question. Mr. Bilecki responded within 5 minutes with a direct phone call to my commander, who happens to be an O-6. The bullying stopped immediately and I didn't hear from him for several weeks. After that, he was much more respectful! Mr. Bilecki is not intimidated by commanders of any rank, and his confidence helped me to stay strong throughout this difficult time. Justice was done in my case, but military justice is far from automatic - you need a strong, proactive advocate. You may have gotten in trouble, sometimes serious trouble, but this in no way means you need to allow *anyone* to trample on your constitutionally guaranteed rights. I think this is the essence of Mr. Bilecki's philosophy. I am still proudly serving in my primary MOS with full potential for career advancement despite initially thinking that would never be an option again.

My son was facing some serious charges by the military of aggravated assault on his child. The military was looking at sentencing him to brig time to up to 17 years of confinement. I had already hired an attorney from the beginning when these issues were brought forth. Later on about a month and a half after hiring my attorney for some odd reason he decided to drop out and told me that I needed to hire a new attorney. That's when my son and I decided to hire Mr. Bilecki and his team. Not only is Mr. Bilecki smart and well educated on the UCMJ but he is also extremely confident in the courtroom. He is definitely a hard charger in that courtroom and he sticks straight to the facts. He definitely shows the panel that the facts that he are defending for will be revealed to the panel after his cross examinations. I am actually glad that my first attorney dropped out on us and I was afforded the opportunity to get a second chance and hire the right attorney ( Tim Bilecki ) because he was well worth every single dollar that my son and I bargained for. I am ever so thankful to Mr. Bilecki for having my son cleared of those charges. Not once do I regret having to go the extra mile and spend the extra money to have him as representation for my son because if not for him and his team my son would be doing some serious brig time. I would definely recommend a hard charging attorney like Mr. Bilecki to any military person that has to defend themself against the military justice system. Do not go into the courtroom by yourself. Go in with a confident hard charging legal firm like Bilecki & Tipon.

I was suspected of sexually assaulting a girl I met a bar off-post after we were both drinking. When I was called in by CID I could not believe they were going to charge me with this, because what we did was completely consensual. I knew I was innocent and didn't want to get taken to trial and possibly found guilty. I hired Bilecki & Tipon before I was charged, they did their own investigation and were able to show the law enforcement agents and prosecutors that the girl I hooked up with was lying. The process took a little while, but no charges were ever brought against me and I was able to move on with my career. If it wasn't for Mr. Bilecki and his team, I am confident my command would have charged me with rape or sexual assault. Mr. Bilecki and his team are extremely aggressive, thorough, and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them to anyone who is falsely accused. They saved my life.

Tim Bilecki is not only beyond competent and proficient in his practice, but he is compassionate and has the ability to make the client feel protected and empowered! Nobody should try to take a case against him or her with nothing but the best defense team on his or her side, especially if it involves the Government. Mr. Bilecki and his law group ARE that best team. Tim Bilecki is a hard hitter type of attorney who delivers hard blows to the "other side"! Mr. Bilecki is NOT someone who backs off. I would recommend Tim to anyone in a heart beat. Thank you Bilecki & Tipon from the bottom of my heart.

Once I was charged, I contacted Bilecki & Tipon, once an appointment was made I gave full details of what I knew about my case. They were very knowledgeable about the law and gave me options on what I could do. Once I retained their services, Bilecki & Tipon were relentless in there own investigation to discover the truth. Once the Mr. Bilecki discovered the real truth behind the offenses, They gave little tidbits of information to the prosecution that informed them they knew more than the opposition. Bilecki & Tipon maintained my innocence throughout the whole process and did not run to the prosecution for a plea deal. They reminded them this will be a fully contested trial. The turning point in my trial was the devastating cross examination of my spouse and law enforcement. This uncovered the lies to the panel that there were more information they was with holding. Tim Bilecki was so confident in my case, the defense rested without calling a single witness. I was a little skeptical at first, but they are the experts in criminal law. I was fully astonished that the panel saw through the lies and deception of the opposition. I received a NOT Guilty verdict for all charges and specifications. If I had not contacted the Bilecki & Tipon, I would have been convicted and possible spent life in confinement. I am forever indebted to this law firm. I can now look forward to my bright future in the military. My children, family, friends and co-workers thank this firm for uncovering the real truth. If you are facing serious criminal charges, Bilecki & Tipon should be called first. If other defense lawyers has doubts about your case, call Tim Bilecki, they offer you options and how to fight to win your case. This was the best investment I have ever made in my life. Again I am forever in debt to this firm.

I chose Mr. Bilecki to represent me because of his track record of success. I am very happy that I made that decision. I was facing potential court martial for sexual assault. Tim Bilecki stopped it at the Article 32. His knowledge and experience were evident during the Article 32 where he seemed to sort of take control of the court room. He was hard to get a hold of at times because he was dealing with a lot of different clients at once. But in the end what really matters is the results and Mr. Bilecki saved me from having my life destroyed and from the pain that it would have caused my family.
