This is a long overdue review. Tim and Ben are just an outstanding team. Going through that process, I was stressed and faced with so much uncertainty. There was no sales pitch with Tim. Mr. Bilecki and Mr. Gold are by far the best legal team I have encountered in my entire career. My legal situation lasted almost one year and ended with the best case scenario; Full Acquittal! I reached out to Bilecki Law Group initially for help putting together a GOMOR rebuttal. Tim and Ben immediately got to work putting everything together and helping to prepare for all possible outcomes. The rebuttal was very effective pointing out evidence that was entirely false, so effective in fact that it was removed and the initial GOMOR was taken away and later re-imposed with a new evidence packet. Fast forward a few months and unfortunately the GOMOR was still permanently filed (as is often the case in these situations). My Command initiated an involuntary separation and Board of Inquiry (BOI). Tim and Ben were still on board and anxious to aggressively litigate my case at the BOI. I am a Chief Warrant Officer in the Marine Corps and stationed on Okinawa. The path I took to Bilecki and Tipon was shattering and terrifying. I was charged with article 80 (Attempts) including four specifications of Art 120 (Sexual Assault) including children, one article 133 (Conduct Unbecoming an Officer). If it wasn't for Mr. Belicki and my military defense team, I wouldn't be writing this letter. I am home with my family and have a wonderful job and it's all thanks to them. It does make me sad that the alleged victim gets to stay in the military after multiple false allegations but I'm happy I'm not in prison. I was going through the worse time of my life when I met Mr. Bilecki and Dave Hendrickson. I was faced with two specifications under the UCMJ. I was sad, depressed, angry, hurt and felt like I was in a mental prison. I was looking at the possibility of losing everything I worked for, and going to prison for years. But God directed me to Mr. Bilecki and Dave and they saved my life. The first time I met them, Mr Bilecki was energetic, confident and passionate while Dave was quiet. Calm- in the midst of a storm!
A mother's worst nightmare is when she receives a phone call with bad news about her child. Needless to say, that phone call advised me that my son was awaiting sentencing - and only three days later. Time was no longer an ally and I had to act fast. Needless to say, my sister and I immediately jumped on the next flight to Incheon Korea. After arriving and checking in to our hotel room, the hard part began. It was now Saturday, and I still had to research and find the best lawyer an educator could afford. We barrier it fown go two lawyers and then researched their cases and outcomes.
