In this business, there is no substitute for experience. Not just experience in the military or in criminal defense, but experience in the trenches, try cases in front of a jury to verdict. Before you walk into a courtroom with an attorney representing you, either military or civilian, ask them to give you the results of their last 10 jury trials. Odds are your detailed military attorney has not even tried 10 cases. If they can’t give you their last 10, ask them for the results of their last 5 jury trials. If they can’t or won’t give you this, it’s time to walk away. Ask me, I’ll give you my last 100 results, in fact, they are all listed on this website.
If you were having heart surgery, would you want to be the third patient your surgeon has operated on? A criminal trial is no different. You only get one shot
at a trial, and the stakes are high – your career, your future and your freedom are in the hands of your lawyer. Make sure they know what they are doing and have the experience to properly defend you. At the BLG, we have tried over 100 cases to verdict and combined, have over 40 years experience in court martial defense and take on every case as a team.
If you are serious about leveraging our experience and fighting the charges against you, contact us immediately.
