A Marine Private First Class failed a urinalysis for cocaine.  He had charges preferred against him for wrongful use of a controlled substance in violation of Article 112a, UCMJ.  Attorney Tim Bilecki’s law firm was retained and our office was able to negotiate a Separation in Lieu of Trial (SILT).
