NO CRIMINAL CHARGES PREFERRED

April 2018

Schofield Barracks, Hawaii

Army – CWO3

Charges: Use, Possession and Distribution of Drugs.

Result: No Criminal Charges Preferred

Mr. Bilecki was retained after CID opened an investigation into our client for allegedly purchasing controlled substances through the deep web. Our client’s home was searched, and computers were seized. Mr. Bilecki represented the Army Chief throughout the entirety of the investigation and was able to greatly minimize any liabilities for the client. Ultimately, the prosecution did not have enough evidence to criminally charge our client, so no charges were preferred.
