An Air Force Lieutenant Colonel was under investigation of sexual harassment. Attorney Tim Bilecki was retained early in the matter. We conducted our own investigation into the case. Our investigation revealed that the complainant had a motive to fabricate against our client and that the only physical contact between the two was inadvertent. After disclosing this information, the investigation was concluded. No further adverse administrative action was taken.
